Privacy Policy

SwordSix (“SwordSix”, “we”, “us”) is an AI coaching companion for Call of Duty: Warzone, provided by Lee Wilson, trading as Frontline Systems AI, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, request, or complaint, contact contact@swordsix.com.

To create a SwordSix account we collect your email address and, depending on how you choose to sign in, either a password or a passkey. Sign-in and account storage is handled by our database provider, Supabase. We use this to identify you, let you sign in, send account-related emails (see “Email” below), and apply your subscription entitlements.

When you record a match through the SwordSix Companion app, that recording is uploaded directly to Google's Gemini AI models to generate your coaching report, loadout recommendation, or Content Clips — SwordSix's own servers never store the raw video themselves. Google automatically deletes that uploaded footage within 48 hours.

The coaching report, scores, and any Content Clips generated from your footage are kept for as long as your account is active, so you can come back and review past matches — only that generated output is retained, not the original recording. You can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it at any time by contacting contact@swordsix.com.

SwordSix has an optional feature that lets you say “clip that” out loud during a recording to tag a moment for Content Clips, instead of tagging it by hand afterwards. If you choose to turn this on, here is exactly what happens with your voice:

• During setup, you record a small number of short voice samples of yourself saying “clip that” (a few seconds each). These are stored locally on your own PC, in a folder belonging to your SwordSix install — never uploaded to SwordSix or anyone else.
• While a match recording is actively running, SwordSix listens to your microphone locally, on your own PC, comparing what it hears against those saved samples to detect the phrase. This detection happens entirely on-device.
• No microphone audio is ever recorded to a file, uploaded, or sent to SwordSix or any third party — not your enrollment samples, and not what SwordSix hears while listening for the phrase during a match. All SwordSix keeps is the fact that a moment was tagged and when, the same as if you had tagged it by hand.
• This feature is off unless you deliberately enrol your voice in SwordSix's Settings. You can delete your saved voice samples and reset this feature at any time from the same place.

Subscriptions are billed by Stripe, our payment processor. SwordSix does not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Stripe so we can grant you the right features.

We send transactional email — account verification, password resets, and billing receipts — through our email provider, Resend. We do not send marketing email unless you separately ask us to.

We share data only with the service providers who help us run SwordSix, and only for that purpose: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments), Google (AI analysis of match footage you submit, as described above), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (website hosting). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Some of our providers, including Google and Stripe, may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law — such as Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, or the provider's own certification under an approved data transfer framework — to keep your data protected to the same standard.

If you're in the UK or EU, UK/EU data protection law gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or export it. To exercise any of these, email contact@swordsix.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Call of Duty: Warzone carries a PEGI 18 rating, and SwordSix is intended for users aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

If we make a material change to this policy — for example, if we ever add a new feature that changes what data we collect — we'll update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
