Terms of Service
Last updated 10 September 2026.
These Terms govern your use of SwordSix, provided by Lee Wilson, trading as Frontline Systems AI (“we”, “us”), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using SwordSix, you agree to these Terms — if you don't agree, please don't use SwordSix.
We operate as a sole trader, not a limited company, which means Lee Wilson is personally responsible for the business rather than liability sitting separately with a company. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that can't lawfully be excluded — see “Limitation of liability” below.
What SwordSix is
SwordSix is an AI-powered coaching companion for Call of Duty: Warzone. Depending on your subscription, it can record and analyse your matches to produce a coaching report and a death-by-death breakdown (Full Match Analysis), turn your recent match history into a focus area and drills (Coaching Plan), automatically generate short-form clips from your matches (Content Clips), and recommend weapon loadouts based on your own playstyle (Loadout Intelligence). You can also chat about a generated report to dig into it further.
The SwordSix Companion app runs locally on your own PC to record and process matches; account, billing, and web-based features run through our website.
SwordSix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Activision Blizzard, Activision Publishing, or the Call of Duty franchise. “Call of Duty” and “Warzone” are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced here only to describe compatibility.
Who can use SwordSix
To use SwordSix, you must:
- be at least 18 years old, matching Call of Duty: Warzone's own PEGI 18 rating;
- own or have lawful access to a copy of Warzone;
- provide accurate information when creating your account;
- not be barred from using SwordSix under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at contact@swordsix.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or are used to breach these Terms.
Subscriptions, pricing, and billing
- SwordSix is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual), billed through our payment processor, Stripe.
- We do not receive or store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data directly, under its own security standards.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- If we change our prices, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.
Your right to cancel
If you're a consumer (using SwordSix for personal, non-business purposes), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you a 14-day “cooling off” period after subscribing, during which you can cancel for a full refund.
Because SwordSix starts generating coaching reports and other digital content for you as soon as you subscribe, by subscribing you expressly agree that we can start providing the service to you immediately — you'll see and confirm this with a specific checkbox at checkout, separate from just agreeing to these Terms — and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once we've started doing so.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
Refunds
Beyond the cancellation right described above, refunds are provided at our discretion — for example, where the service has failed to work as described. To request one, email contact@swordsix.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use SwordSix in any way that breaches Call of Duty's own terms of service, or to facilitate cheating, hacking, or bypassing anti-cheat systems;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Companion app;
- resell, sublicense, or share your account access with people outside your household;
- upload or generate content through SwordSix that's illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- use SwordSix in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this.
Your content and our AI output
Your recordings remain yours. By recording a match, you grant us a licence to process that recording — including sending it to our AI provider — solely to generate your coaching reports, clips, and recommendations.
AI-generated content (reports, scores, clips, loadout suggestions) is provided to you for your personal use. SwordSix's coaching feedback, scores, and loadout suggestions are generated automatically by AI. They're intended as guidance, not guaranteed advice, and may occasionally be inaccurate or unhelpful — we don't guarantee that using SwordSix will improve your in-game performance or results.
Service availability
We aim to keep SwordSix available and working well, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Some features shown in the app may be labelled as in development and not yet active. We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces what your subscription includes.
Third-party services
SwordSix relies on third-party providers, including Google (for AI processing), Supabase (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). We aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers that are outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that can't lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: we provide SwordSix “as is,” and don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted; our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose; and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as loss of profits, data, or gaming progress — that aren't a foreseeable result of us breaching these Terms.
If you're a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Indemnity
You agree to reimburse us for any losses or costs we suffer as a result of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or breach.
Ending your use of SwordSix
You may stop using SwordSix and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, subject to giving you reasonable notice where practical to fix the issue first, except in cases of serious or repeated breach.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use SwordSix after that means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer in the UK and we can't resolve a complaint directly, you may also be able to use an approved UK Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, where applicable.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding SwordSix. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms if we reorganise or sell the business; your rights under these Terms won't be reduced as a result.
